Damn....very hungry now sia...can't eat more than one plate of bee hoon a day man...*sighs*...very pissed..stomach cramps...H.U.N.G.R.Y.......damn tt stoopid competition...really can't eat man....Now my weight exactly between heavy weight and welter weight...haiz...in such a dilema...any heavier...go to heavy weight...really want to remain in welter weight class...got more of an advantage there too....LOL...but onli one plate a day is too much man...haiz..oso must cut down on water consumption ....cos water is instant weight gain man...haiz...h.....u.....n.....g....r.....y.....

P.S. if u can't take the competition like me...then don't even dream of taking part in competitions for martial arts like boxing n TKD...every...cos u will onli juz get a over limit weight.....

Actually all these are bcos i went to play badminton with Zhenkai, Ivan, Kenneth, Hong Shing, Choon Searn and Zi Heng...damn...juz recovered frm 2 damned operations a few months back...still going through pysio..and i m alr pushing my body like tt..i'm an idiot, aren't i??? Damn been pushing my body too much for the past few weeks...juz competed in another competion and onli at abt 45% effectiveness...damn no wonder i came in 3rd placed...shld have gotten 1st...so disappointed in myself...lost in the semis 82-79, but went on to win the 3rd placing 85-84..yeah yeah i noe i onli won by 1 point..damn...shld have at least advanced to the finals...Damn..Hell No!!i m not making any fucking excuses for myself...Shit...wat stupid reasons like not in full health or nvr train for damn long...FUCK i m not making these kind of lame excuses 4 myself..a loss is a loss any i fully accept it...damn...really hve to push harder..MUST win the nxt competion..Doc tells me if i do these kind of stupid things anymore...i'll be out of action 4 at least 6 months..but do i give a fuck?? no obviously nt..must push push push until i reach the MAX MAX MAX..can't afford to let anyone down..MUST MUST MUST FUCKING win...Damn...!!!! So wat if I have a 2nd Dan Black belt huh??it's not like it can fix my body back to brand new yeah??? so stressed out now tt i want to break someone's neck...going to have operation in the 3rd week of june...what op?? change all the fucking steel screws in me to some new lighter and sexier screws...WHAT THE FUCK FOR???!!! it's not like i give a shit...but no... they have to operate on me so tt i can go 4 MRIs in the future...haha i dun need MRIs ( I hope...) at the rate i'm going i predict that i will kill myself by the time i reach 40..so tt i can skip my midlife crisis ...haha FUCKING hell...DAMNIT...

Hi everyone...Damn long NVR blog liao...haha i m n xtremely irregular blogger...lol.SHIT lah jus came out oh hospital 2dae...LOL...How many time have i been 2 the hospital tis yr..i oso lost count liao...haha. Mr doctor going to kill me liao..last week wan of my knee screws came loose den had to go hospital tighten it back...i tell u man...steel screws suck...they're heavy, loose and they rust...shit sometimes i feel like an old man cos my knee creaks...haha i might have rhuemtism...however it's spelt...going to have like the fifth operation in the last 7 months..haiz..tis time to change to better screws..i hope...Cn I PLS have the aluminium titanium alloy screws pls...cos they r light, heavy-duty n anti-rust...LOL...as if i can afford those....1 screw..maybe..but to change the 5 in my ribs, 3 in my left knee and 4 in right shoulder...really rip off isa...sian...really wan to die liao....

Prelims over since like two weeks ago..but had to go 4 alot of training..and had to meet the doc a lot...haha...oso need to start making a checklist of everything in the store...all the belts messed up...got yellow in the blue box, black in the white box..etc etc...being QM very the 麻烦sia...wan to start slacking but cannot...very tired now...LOL

Last week had store check(NCC) n we failed big time MAN!! even b4 he enter the store 虎哥alr found like 10+ mistakes liao..might be more...haha...haizz...wan to go cycling...Nat n ernest will u like go wit me if u have time...LOL maybe we can like teach Nat how to cycle first yeah...? wait Y m i writing tis ...es nt like anywan reads my blog...or even noe it exists yeah???
